The VEP RFID tag's position is determined by the fixed location of the scanners at the Malaysian border. It must be placed on the top-left (passenger side) of the windscreen, at least 5cm from any metal. This position is non-negotiable.

• The 15-20cm Rule: Keep your dashcam at least 15-20cm (about the width of your hand) away from your VEP RFID tag.
• Best Placement: The ideal spot for a dashcam is often in the center of the windscreen, tucked away behind the rearview mirror. This keeps it far from the VEP tag and out of the driver's line of sight.
