Receiving and installing your Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) RFID tag is a major milestone, but there’s one final, crucial step to make it fully functional. The tag itself is just an identifier; it needs to be linked to a digital wallet to pay for tolls and other services in Malaysia.

For Singapore-registered vehicles, the VEP RFID system is exclusively integrated with one digital wallet: the Touch 'n Go eWallet. You do not need any other app for toll payments in Malaysia.

• Download the App: Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone and download the official “Touch 'n Go eWallet” app.
• Register Your Account: Open the app and register for an account. You will need to use your mobile number and complete a simple verification process.
• Find the RFID Section: In the app’s main menu or dashboard, look for an option labeled “Toll” or “RFID”. This is where you will manage your vehicle tags.
• Add Your VEP RFID Tag: Select the option to add a new RFID tag. You will be prompted to enter the serial number of your VEP RFID tag. This number is usually provided to you during the VEP application or tag collection process.
• Fund Your Wallet: Once the tag is added, you need to load money into your eWallet. You can easily do this by adding your Singaporean credit or debit card as a payment source within the app.
